Where to begin? ... Aaron Wittmers, the Project Manager, came out to take a look at our roof. He was personable, listened to our situation, thoroughly answered our questions and concerns, provided a very comprehensive proposal. Mr. Wittmers was able to fit our job into our time frame and in-between rainy days to boot. The crew was amazing! Very good staff that came to my house. They took care of everything. There were three broken tiles, their play date clean the gutters, clean the mess after work really like the professionalism I would recommend these guys good work.

My RSI experience was shockingly good. After several bad contractor experiences, the RSI team clearly set expectations, showed up on time, completed projects in the estimated time, and answered all my questions. There were a couple small bumps along the way that I was not expecting (probably my own fault), and RSI made things right incredibly quickly. My PM had a ton of empathy, treating us like he would want to be treated. Highly recommend RSI.

Mike worked very hard to get our insurance to help cover the cost of repairs for our roof. He had patience with explaining every step to us and was helpful on being the go between. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Roof Solutions Inc. to anyone who needs their roof repaired/replaced.
