From start to finish, communication was great and they worked through and around the (not so cooperative) weather to get my project done as soon as possible. They also helped us with other areas of dryrot damage, with extra wood and matching paint. I would recommend Roof Solutions to anyone looking to have quality work done by a company that has your best interest in mind. I had several estimates to fix the wind damage to my roof and RS was the only company to suggest that the damage could be covered by my Homeowners Insurance. Ray Ragsdale worked with my adjuster on a live video call showing him the damage and explaining that the adjuster's plan to just patch the damage would compromise the integrity of the roof. Roof Solutions came out the next day to check our leak. The Rep was awesome. They had a cew on it by the end of the week. Their work is fantastic. No leak, everything matches, left the site clean. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
