He and his team did an excellent job replacing the roof, installing gutters and gutter guards. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. They answered any questions or concerns. I like to say thank you to Ray from Roof Solutions Inc for being a stand up guy. My car windshield was cracked by a branch that fell from the roof of my condo while they was cleaning the gutters. He came out and took a look at my windshield and where I was parked. He wasn't sure that his guys did it and I didn't have a witness. He could have just said no, but he got my windshield fixed for me when he didn't have to. His guys also did a great job cleaning the gutters. We need more contractors li... Read more

After the big storm a few weeks back called RSI for a small roof leak - even though they were super busy (probably with much larger jobs) they came through - have to give the best commendation to the staff scheduler named Tanner - he was always very attentive and polite even after fielding many questions - he kept me informed as to the possible date the roof could be repaired / There were some reasonable delays but he kept trying to fit us in and again was ever so polite - he even came out himse...
