That last major wind and rain storm caused substantial damage to my house when water breached my aging tile roof. All local contractors were booked and my roof needed tarping immediately and then repair. While other companies weren't available for a week or more, Mike at Roof Solutions sent Gustavo out to tarp my roof right away to mitigate damages, and they did not try to gouge me like other companies. The company, in IMHO we’re just top notch in every way. Lacey and Michelle, who I interacted on the phone had great attitudes and were quick with their communications. Aaron who came to the house to check things out, I noticed had a great vibe as soon as we met. The guys who came out to fix the roof were early and very communicative in terms of showing me everything that they were doing. Highly recommend the Roof Solutions Inc. team. From start to finish, communication was great and they worked through and around the (not so cooperative) weather to get my project done as soon as possible. They also helped us with other areas of dryrot damage, with extra wood and matching paint. They were very responsive to any questions I had and continued to check on the project and my satisfaction throughout. Very pleased with the results!

I would recommend Roof Solutions to anyone looking to have quality work done by a company that has your best interest in mind. I had several estimates to fix the wind damage to my roof and RS was the only company to suggest that the damage could be covered by my Homeowners Insurance. Ray Ragsdale worked with my adjuster on a live video call showing him the damage and explaining that the adjuster's plan to just patch the damage would compromise the integrity of the roof.
