Tim was called out to inspect a leak and quickly found active water intrusion around the chimney. After walking the homeowner through the issue, Tim showed all available options. Mr. W decided the best path forward was a targeted repair. The scope of work included reflashing the chimney, replacing shingles around it, and preforming maintenance on all pipe boots and HVAC stacks to ensure no other leak points were present. With the chimney properly repaired and all vulnerable penetrations sealed and secured, Mr. W can now rest easy knowing his home is protected and the leaks have been resolved.
