Tim was called out to Mrs. R’s home to take a look at her gutter system, which had been struggling to properly manage water runoff. After a thorough inspection, it was clear that the existing gutters were no longer performing as they should—leading to overflow and putting her home at risk for water damage along the fascia and foundation.After walking Mrs. R through the findings and discussing her options, we recommended installing a new seamless gutter system paired with LeaFree gutter protection. Mrs. & Mr. U Called Roof-Tastic & Beyond out to have an inspection done on their roof. They were concerened that the roof is getting old and may need to be replaced. Jake arrived and listened to the concerns Mrs. U had and provided a detailed inspection of the home. Jake showed Mr. & Mrs U photos he took during the inspection and explained that the roof was overall in fair shape but could us a roof maintenance to keep sealed around leak prone areas. Mrs. U was thankful for the honest inspection and estimate for the repairs and decided to move forward the same day.
