Mr. B reached out looking to update multiple areas of his home that were showing their age and starting to cause concern. After a thorough inspection, we put together a comprehensive plan that addressed both appearance and long-term protection.We started by installing brand-new, energy-efficient windows, instantly improving comfort and giving the home a fresh, updated look. Next, we upgraded the exterior with James Hardie soffit and fascia, replacing deteriorating materials with a durable, low-maintenance solution designed to stand up to the elements.To properly manage water and protect the foundation, we added new gutters, ensuring efficient drainage during heavy rain. Finally, we topped everything off with a new roof, giving Mr. B peace of mind knowing his home is fully protected from top to bottom.The result is a home that looks brand new, performs better in every season, and won’t require constant upkeep. Mr. B can now enjoy confidence, curb appeal, and long-term protection all in one project.
