Tim was called out to Mr. C’s home for a roof leak and repair on an existing metal roof. After completing a thorough inspection, Tim identified three active leaks that were contributing to the ongoing issues. Once the inspection was complete, Tim walked Mr. C through the findings and discussed all available options, including repair versus replacement. Given the extent of the leaks and the long-term reliability concerns, Tim presented the option of replacing the metal roof with a CertainTeed Landmark PRO asphalt shingle system. After reviewing the information and understanding the long-term benefits, Mr. C chose to move forward with a full roof replacement rather than a temporary repair. Now, Mr. C will have a durable, high-quality roofing system that provides peace of mind and long-term protection for his home.
