Mrs. C originally planned on having just 3 to 4 windows replaced. After calling Rooftastic, Ariel came out and performed a thorough inspection. He pointed out a few additional windows showing signs of damage, and Mrs. C decided to replace a total of seven windows, along with repairing some trim on the others.


She also asked Ariel to take a look at a siding repair in the front of her home that had been done only 10 months ago but was already leaking again. Ariel carefully walked her through what was causing the problem and explained how to fix it the right way. Confident in the solution, Mrs. C moved forward with the repairs, ensuring her home was properly protected and looking great.

A few weeks back, Mr. and Mrs. W noticed a brown spot on their ceiling around the fireplace area. Obviously this was concerning and started looking high and low for a reputable roofing contractor that could help them in their time of need. After an extensive online search and interviewing a handful of contractors in their area, they decided to hire John C. and Rooftastic Beyond Exteriors! John provided a thorough inspection of the roof, attic, and other areas on the home. He showed them that they were up against much more than a small leak. The inspection showed several leaking areas and deterioration around the chimney and flashing. After they saw the inspection photos, Mr. and Mrs. W decided to just have the full roof replaced, along with new Hardie Siding on the chimney & paint to match. They now are leak free and have the best looking roof in the community.
