One rainy evening, Mr. P noticed an unsettling drip coming from his ceiling. Concerned, he inspected further and found water stains spreading across his living room. Unsure of his next steps, he mentioned the issue to his neighbor, who had recently replaced his roof.

What started as a single leak quickly turned into multiple problem areas throughout the house. Ariel provided Mr. P with two proposals—one for repairs and another for a full roof replacement.
