Our team recently completed a gutter replacement project in Fayetteville for a homeowner we had previously worked with at her parents’ home. Having had a positive experience with us in the past, she reached out to us after becoming frustrated with what she described as being a “storm chaser victim.” Roofers had previously approached her home, offered to inspect for storm damage, and ultimately created damage before encouraging her to file an insurance claim. She had already filed the claim and received funds from her insurance company, but wanted a professional, trustworthy option to properly address the issues and complete the necessary work. Jake Roquemore, her Project Consultant, was able to visit the property within one day, assess the gutters, and provide a clear solution tailored to her home and needs. Because of our previous relationship with the homeowner and Jake’s prompt, professional approach, we were able to give her confidence that the work would be handled correctly and provide the quality gutter replacement she was looking for.
