They were able to replace the 3/4" subfloor, make sure the roof was pitched correctly for water runoff, apply .60 mil TPO, replace all flashing, and properly caulk. Everything was explained in detail. The Job was completed fast and efficiently. Clean-up was done. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous too. I would definitely hire them again. I would also recommend them to other family members and friends.
