1. So, what's pretty nice is that Roof Wizards have access to GAF's Golden Pledge warranty, backed by GAF directly (the manufacturer). Google it up, the numbers are pretty solid and the warranty still works even if these guys close their business. Of course we got it. 2. From my wife's standpoint, they gave her a few addresses nearby where various colors they offer are already installed! This way she could pick what she likes most. 3. We met Dustin of Roof Wizards in the fall of 2020. It was too late in the season to replace the roof on our house. We thought it would not be possible until the spring (March if we were lucky). To our amazement, Roof Wizards scheduled us for February, while snow was still on the ground. We were very grateful the team beared the elements to do the work. Extremely professional! Dustin did a great job of explaining the product and the process vs. other companies who just dropped off a brochure and some numbers. The work looks great and we're very happy with the results. They even came out a few times afterward to clean up (the installs happened when there was snow on the roof and ground, so cleaning up was impossible until it melted). The kept their word to come back out and did a great job finishing up. I can't recommend enough.
