NV Roofing is a second-generation, family-owned business serving Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Most of our team members have been repairing roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors for 15-20 years. Pacific West Roofing started way back when Brian Jarvis and Stan Robinson were classmates in high school. They had always talked about wanting to start a business together. In 1980, they began that quest with a few small jobs, and then the big break they needed came along. Stan's neighbor gave them the go-ahead to re-roof a very nice home in the neighborhood! It was a new shake roof that was very visible to all who walked and drove by.

After 26 years, in 2007, they installed a new Presidential roof and their grandson now resides under this roof! Here is what they had to say about it.

As an expert contractor in the roofing industry for over 30 years,

we are dedicated to pinpointing problems, proposing cost-effective solutions and providing systems that will protect your building or

We specialize in built-up, tar and gravel and modified bitumen (multi-ply) roofing systems. We can provide systems that last twenty-plus years with system warranties that cover labor and materials for the same twenty years. In addition, we can build slope into existing flat roofs and offer custom-designed energy-efficient insulation systems.

Established in 1986, Royalty Roofing has grown with a solid reputation for our roofing work built on providing quality products, installation and service.

Much of Royalty’s roof work is driven by a customer’s immediate need to resolve a leak and/or replace an old roof. Other customers have chosen to work with Royalty on a long-term basis, and we partner with them to plan roof maintenance and replacement over the course of months or years.
