FL Specialty was rooted in the desire to fill a massive void in the specialty, designer, and complex roofing spaces. We witnessed waves of new contractors entering the shingle roofing market every day, skipping on quality just to make a quick dollar. We found clients searching tirelessly to find a contractor capable of delivering quality on complex roofing needs such as custom copper work, clay tile and slate roofs, and newer alternatives like composite tile, slate and shake products.

As we continued to receive calls from clients suffering from tragic installation attempts by their “roofing” contractors, we realized it was time to get together and build a team with some of the most talented and highly skilled individuals in the roofing industry.

Thus began FL Specialty Roofing, a niche contractor dedicated to the art and craftsmanship of complex, specialty, and designer roof systems that are not only beautiful but built to stand the test of time.
