I paid Cody at Roofer’s Elite a lot of money to put a new standing seam metal roof on our house. He subbed it out to someone else (Kadillac Roofing) who did a horrible job on the metal roof.
Since the installation, Cody has made countless promises to us that he will fix all of the errors on the roofing job and “make things right”. He has not done a thing. Now he even refuses to accept my phone calls.
