At Roofing Doctor, we recently completed a full roofing project at 42 Lincoln Ave in Barrington, Rhode Island. This job combined the best of both worlds: a CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingle roof in Charcoal, a durable EPDM flat roof installation, and the addition of two fixed curb-mounted Velux skylights.
The homeowner wanted a roof that would not only protect their property from the tough New England weather but also add long-lasting beauty and functionality. Our team began by carefully removing the old roofing system and repairing the roof deck where needed. From there, we installed the Landmark Pro Charcoal shingles, which are known for their strength, bold curb appeal, and extended warranty protection.

When I had leaking where the sunroom attached to the house, they sent someone out within a day to evaluate and he performed a temporary repair to the flashing which held until the full work could be scheduled. The office manager, Dawn, does an awesome job keeping the customer informed through each step of the process. When the garage needs a new roof, they're the only place I"m going.
Sergei and team did really nice job. Large team came in early on a Monday morning and worked until 715 pm. A small amount of mop up next morning and job was done.
Clean up part of job exceeded expectations as well. New gutters installed, 3 new skylights and all without any issues.
