The project included ridge vent installation for improved attic ventilation, as well as repairs to soffits and caps to ensure a complete, durable roofing system. This upgrade enhances both the home’s protection and curb appeal.

The owner and his workers were enjoyable and a joy to have around, while always maintaining a professional decorum. Rain delayed their estimated start date by a week; they worked daily, and completed the entire job in 9 days. We found them on Angie's list after one of my wife's coworkers recommended them, and have already recommended them to some of our friends.
The owner came to the house personally to review the job and followed up in a timely manner with the estimate. The estimate was the middle cost of the three we received but included removal of the old roofing and repair of any wood surfaces required underneath, where the other two proposed to go over the existing asphalt.
