He was extremely professional, and I wish I were able to go with them for the job. Unfortunately, their work is so good that they had a 4 week wait for my project to start which forced me to go with somebody else. I needed it done before hurricane season. The price was great, and I know they would have done an excellent job. He even came to give me a quote the same day I called for it. I will absolutely use them in the future

The owner came out to do the walk through. He was on time. Unfortunately, i wasn't. He waited until I arrived, and did a thorough assessment of the damage to complete a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable about construction and materials, and professional. He obviously takes a great deal of pride in the work his company does and values customer relationships. The fellow that came out knew what he was doing but he didn't know exactly where the repairs supposed to be made. We had to instruct him as the owner had told us what needed to be repaired. There seem to be a lack of communication. The price was fine. The repair was held up as far as I know, their internal communication probably needed to be a little bit better in terms of being able to set up the appointment time with the customers.
