Old gutter and downspout system removal and installation for entire house on 300 Narragansett Ave. Barrington RI in July 2024, and Roof Replacement in April 2024.
This home particularly has overgone a few significant revamps. In April, our experienced team has completed this local roof replacement project with extreme care by removing the old roof and replacing it with a CertainTeed Landmark PRO in Weathered Wood. It is designed to combat New England's rapidly-changing weather and protect the home to give the homeowner the highest satisfaction.
On top of the roofing in Barrington RI, in July, a few months later, we came again to replace the gutter and downspout system for the entire house. Our service provided easier water control for the resident with high quality build.

Excellent service, the main reason I"m a repeat customer. When I had leaking where the sunroom attached to the house, they sent someone out within a day to evaluate and he performed a temporary repair to the flashing which held until the full work could be scheduled. The office manager, Dawn, does an awesome job keeping the customer informed through each step of the process. When the garage needs a new roof, they're the only place I"m going.
Sergei and team did really nice job. Large team came in early on a Monday morning and worked until 715 pm. A small amount of mop up next morning and job was done.
Clean up part of job exceeded expectations as well. New gutters installed, 3 new skylights and all without any issues.
