Customer service was good at first but I told the contractor that I will go with a different company. Then he told me that its "Not smart.". I understand you need customer but do you really need to talk like that to a customer? I have been kind to this man throughout the entire process. I called him out saying its rude to say things like that but he told me its "not rude, just honest". Please educate your worker in responding professionally to customer.
