They did a wonderful job on our new roof. The communication throughout the job was consistent and easy with our project manager, Ted. As with any home improvement project, there can be little bumps that happen, but Ted was super responsive to our feedback and did everything needed to make sure the job was completely above expectations in the end. I recently moved to a new home and needed a brand new roof. Roofwerks was amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and helpful prior to the install and continued to impress me until the project was completed. The guys were here before 7am, but did not bother us or wake us. Before I hired RoofWerks (RW) I acquired the 4+ estimates. They were competitive as a stand alone bids... BUT! Why did I choose RW? Jose looked at the problem and even temporarily fixed it after the others said "we'll send ya a quote next week". BIG Point for RW!!!! After review of other quotes, the comfort and feeling was no matter the $ is was going to be RW. I had to contract to get a new roof in order to get insurance approval for my house. Fred from Roofwerks and the rest of the Roofwerks team made it very easy, was extremely flexible with me, and was very pleasant to communicate with. His team was professional and fast, and got everything done and cleaned up in one day.
