The Roofwerks team originally replaced the roof on my house in 2018 which came with a 10-year warranty (which is important in the context of this review). The roof held up well for a while but a leak developed in 2025 (about 8 years after the installation). I called Roofwerks about the issue since it was still under warranty. So I called roofwerks, and asked if I can have someone check my roof and they said yes of course. I get an appointment and a friendly reminder from Hunter Bolesky. He gets to my house on time and we start talking, he makes me feel like he care, like I am his family member and he will take care of me. He check the Attic and then the roof. I recently had four skylights installed, and Gary and the entire team were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and communicated clearly every step of the way.
