I've been using Roofwerks on and off for years. Unfortunately the last time they came they charged me over $300 dollars just to come out and basically give me an initial quote. Apparently now there is an additional cost attached to them just coming out and taking a look at your roof and agreeing to do the job, which is charged on top of the actual work. Fantastic service and great warranty - I've had some issues with my roof years after install, no fault to roofwerks, just a weird design on my house. Jay has been super responsive in helping me with any issues YEARS past the initial install. They have come out and instead of patching small sections, they have opted to replace entire sections to make sure everything is perfect.
