Incredible experience! I didn't have high expectations, I had received quotes from other roofers who did everything by satellite photos, who communicated very little, and whose quotes, when questioned, said they were "industry standard," whatever that means. I called Roofwerks because I needed my skylights replaced in addition to the roof, and for other roofers, skylights were an afterthought. We have a modern design post and beam home with many unusual construction features, and we have become accustomed to workmen who don't want to take on something out of the ordinary not even following through with an estimate.
