Incredible experience! I didn't have high expectations, I had received quotes from other roofers who did everything by satellite photos, who communicated very little, and whose quotes, when questioned, said they were "industry standard," whatever that means. I called Roofwerks because I needed my skylights replaced in addition to the roof, and for other roofers, skylights were an afterthought.
