Our roof was at the 22 year mark and was in need of replacement before any leaks could possibly become a problem. We shopped 4 quotes. Most were within 1,000.00 of each other. We initially considered replacing our shingle roof with a metal roof, but the estimate Roofwerks gave us for shingles was so much lower that we opted for it. The estimate, indeed, was lower than we expected based on what a neighbor had paid a few years previously.
