The skylight to be replaced is large—measuring 46 by 46 inches—and is located on a three-story house, including the basement, making it difficult to access. The Roofwerks team originally replaced the roof on my house in 2018 which came with a 10-year warranty (which is important in the context of this review). The roof held up well for a while but a leak developed in 2025 (about 8 years after the installation). I called Roofwerks about the issue since it was still under warranty. So I called roofwerks, and asked if I can have someone check my roof and they said yes of course. I get an appointment and a friendly reminder from Hunter Bolesky.
