I had the pleasure of working with Fred Medlin during my roof replacement. All the information was presented to me clearly and in a timely fashion. The entire process was seamless and without any complications. Fred made sure I knew exactly what step in the process we were on and kept me up to date the entire time. After an October hail storm did some damage to my roof, the “storm chasing” roofing companies came through my neighborhood. Something about the process didn’t sit right with me. I saw how they dealt with my insurance company and figured at some point I would be treated the same. We had our roof replaced by Roofwerks. Service was great from start to finish. I called Derwin to inquire about a new roof and within a day Fred Medlin was at my house for an evaluation/consultation. From that initial visit to roof completion, was just over a week...even around Thanksgiving and in a busy market.
