From day one, I had an incredible experience dealing with Roofwerks. My initial consultation was with a gentleman who left the company shortly thereafter, but Shane immediately stepped in and took charge. He did an excellent job keeping me informed of where we were in the process and what needed to happen and was very patient with us as we waited until the last possible second to pick our shingle color. They completed the whole job in a day and Shane was with us the whole time both keeping on top of the job and keeping us informed on progress and expectations.
