Our roof was at the 22 year mark and was in need of replacement before any leaks could possibly become a problem. We shopped 4 quotes. Most were within 1,000.00 of each other. We went with Roofwerks as their price was comparable and included everything we were looking for (all flashing). Some others had new window flashing as an added cost. We initially considered replacing our shingle roof with a metal roof, but the estimate Roofwerks gave us for shingles was so much lower that we opted for it. The estimate, indeed, was lower than we expected based on what a neighbor had paid a few years previously. The work crew showed up early on the designated morning and finished the job in less than 7 hours. Fred explained what was happening and came and went a few times.
