Roofwerks lost future business with us after repairing a small. roof leak. The repair seems ok, but we asked them to quote repairs to our gutters and planned to use them to replace an outbuilding roof. We've still waiting to receive the quote after considerable time has passed. So, we hired a different company to repair the gutter and re-roof the outbuilding. Simply put, there are many good and more timely roofing companies out there to keep Roofwerks on our vendor list.

We chose Roofwerks to replace our roof because 1) their quote didn’t require replacing the plywood if the existing was still in good repair, 2) they came recommended by neighbors, and 3) they had great manufacturer & workmanship warranties. Once selected, they scheduled the roof replacement within 4 days! Their team showed up promptly morning of, and was finished before 1pm. While the team was speedy, they were meticulous! Roifwerks did an excellent job on the roof. There was miscommunication within the company when the laborers were working on the replacement roof. We asked not to tear down an existing chimney, but they tour it down. We were very disappointed that this happened. They did not charge us for the demolition or the repair to fix the error. My advice would be to have a supervisor on site when the work is being performed. Roofwerks did the roof in a day with minimal damage to flowerbeds and surrounding... Read more

Roofwerks recently replaced my 25-year-old roof and did an excellent job. Fred came out to give me the estimate and spent a lot of time explaining to me what would be done and how it would be done. He answered all my questions and was on site during most of the days when the work was performed. The team was very polite and did a great job cleaning up after they completed. My new roof has been leak free. They came out promptly to repair some slight damage to a banister that was caused by a fall... Read more
