We recently called Roofwerks to come out and look at our roof, which had a slow leak into the dining room. From the woman who initially spoke with me on the phone (Brigette?), to the crew that came out, and the administrative staff (Amy and Wes), they were all so professional and kind. There was a little mix-up with billing (warning: they will charge $170 to come out and give an estimate!), but Amy took care of it promptly. Roofwerks laid our roof 10/18. They say it’s no longer under warranty and that the roof is in perfect shape. Meanwhile, I have 4 buckets in my kitchen catching water. The insurance adjuster just confirmed that the leak is indeed from an improper roof job. Do not recommend.

Fred and his team were excellent. They were very communicative and patient during the process leading up to our roof replacement, they got us on the schedule quickly, and finished the job in one day, which was even faster than they had estimated. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks fantastic! In an industry full of scam artists, we felt really good working with Roofwerks.

Roofwerks did a fabulous job. Their crew was organized, neat, timely and professional. The project manager/consultant, Fred Medlin was most knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely cares about his customers' needs. Fred explained the entire process from job quote, home & landscape protection, to the final "punch list” of the project when done. Fred Medlin personally walked my entire property upon the completion of the job looking for loose nails and debris that MIGHT HAVE been missed by the crew. ... Read more
