I would give 0 stars if I could. We had a leaking roof, so called this company, they sent someone to check it. After inspection man who checked it said there is a part they need to change, put some glue around and left saying someone will contact us with details. Roof continued to leak. Weeks later no one have contacted, we tried few to contact them few times with no success. As our roof continues to leak we had to call someone else and got it fixed in a day. We recently worked with Shane Donovant to get have gutters installed on our home. Throughout the process he and the rest of the Roofwerks team were very accessible and able to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding scheduling, installation and even gutter color options. On install day the Roofwerks crew was courteous and attentive and did a great job on our gutters.
