Roofwerks is the only roofing company I would do business with. After storm chasers came through our neighborhood and convinced many to use insurance to replace damaged roofs I learned a hard lesson. I didn’t get past speaking to Brigitte. Explained we had a leak. She advised would be a week to ten days to get an estimate after they came out. Also advised of $165 service fee which would not be applied to new roof purchase. I asked her to stop there & she hung up on me.

There was an initial technical glitch when I submitted a form for follow-up on RoofWerks site. I re-submitted and still no luck - my guess is that this was a site glitch, and not the team ignoring me. Once I directly called, the process for getting an estimate & new gutters installed was incredibly easy. Fred was very professional, and he replied to my emails promptly. The team that did the gutter installation was also great and made for a "covid-friendly" safer interaction. Overall very pleased... Read more

This is a great roofing company. Years ago we had a leak emergency and Roofwerks came over right away and fixed it. This year my daughter needed a new roof. The Roofwerks estimator was professional and very helpful. The roofing crew they sent out was large enough to get the roof replaced and everything completely cleaned up in one day. We really appreciate the quality work they did for us, and highly recommend them.

This is one of the best companies in Raleigh to work with. They are organized, thorough, prompt and communicate well. They are also meticulous in their work and cleanup and send photos of the finished repair. I highly recommend them.
