For such a major project, the entire process was easier than I expected. They came out right away and gave me an estimate that I was happy with. Soon afterward I chose the shingles and set an appointment. They finished the job in a single day and my roof looks fantastic. The crew did a good job cleaning up as well. I can't recommend Roofwerks enough.

Don't really think it is fair that the ratings only go to five stars. I will do my own. Roofwerks gets ten stars. They just finished my roof yesterday. Their crew was excellent. Removing a large roof creates a huge debris mess. When they finished no one could tell they were even here. Their pursuit of customer satisfaction is amazing and unfortunately today with so many other businesses this trait is sorely missing. The entire experience was remarkable. Why can't everything be this seamless. Making an appointment was easy and the office person was so kind and understanding. Yesterday two men showed up right on time. I am very thankful that another problem was discovered other than what I had called them for. What a ridiculous business model to require someone to pay a $165.00 mobilization fee associated with a trip to make an estimate if permanent repairs are not completed on site. Permanent repairs can only be completed, by the way, if the company has enough materials on hand! If not, they will they will provide a “temporary repair”. Why would anyone agree to this?! We are calling you to get a permanent repair. Why would we spend $165 on a temporary repair?
