What a ridiculous business model to require someone to pay a $165.00 mobilization fee associated with a trip to make an estimate if permanent repairs are not completed on site. Permanent repairs can only be completed, by the way, if the company has enough materials on hand! If not, they will they will provide a “temporary repair”. Why would anyone agree to this?! We are calling you to get a permanent repair. Why would we spend $165 on a temporary repair?
