Roofwerks recently performed several repairs on our slate roof after an inspection, as well as a cleaning. The initial cleaning wasn't sufficient, so they had their crew come out a second time and hand-remove a bunch of lichen from the roof, which I'm sure was tedious work. Great customer service to help us get the secondary removal done and thorough reporting on the existing issues and recommended repairs.
Roofwerks did a very good job. An on-site manager monitored the work process and ensured that installation was done correctly and that safety requirement was upheld by the roofers.
