After storm chasers came through our neighborhood and convinced many to use insurance to replace damaged roofs I learned a hard lesson. I didn’t get past speaking to Brigitte. Explained we had a leak. She advised would be a week to ten days to get an estimate after they came out. Also advised of $165 service fee which would not be applied to new roof purchase. I asked her to stop there & she hung up on me.
