Excellent experience. John made the extra effort on taking the time to stop by and tarping the affected area just a day before we had an expected significant snow event. This took a lot of stress off of us as the problem had deteriorated quickly. He even checked back with us while he scheduled the repair date and the materials needed. We had a new skylight put on our deck and Roofwerks was excellent. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and cordial. They worked neatly and upon completion, they left the work area spotless. I highly recommend Roofwerks and I will be utilizing their services for more work I would like performed at my home.
