Roofwerks is the roofing company to go with. Shane Donavant was involved in every aspect of the project; from the bid, product review, installation of the roof and final cleanup/touch base. There is much you don't know about this 'once in a lifetime' project but Shane was able to explain the steps and catch all the unforeseen issues that arose. Roofwerks staff from the initial call to the completion of the project were very responsive to all the questions that my father and I had. They went above and beyond by taking daily pictures of the work and sending to me. My father was out of town visiting in another state while all the work went on. The staff worked with me through the process as my father also doesn't speak English.
