Crew worked steadily and seemed to do a good job. On-site supervisor, Joe, was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable about the work. Crew was late getting to job, and it would have been easier to deal with situations that arose if someone who spoke English was always on site.

We got our roof replaced due to storm damage, and I was really impressed with the company overall. Joe was our go-to guy during the whole process, doing the initial inspection, walking me through the insurance process (even coming out to talk to the claims agent), getting us scheduled ASAP, and getting everything taken care of. The job was done well, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Roofwerks did an amazing job on our house. Our consultant Shane was a pleasure to work with. He was on time for every meeting and spent what ever time was needed to answer all my questions and concerns. He was present on the days of work as well making sure things were progressing well and the guys had what they needed. Roofwerks did an excellent job replacing our roof, adding a ridge vent plus installing new gutters and downspouts. Shane Donavant was courteous, organized, and efficient. He stayed in constant touch with us until the project was complete, immediately answering emails and phone calls. During the process, rotten wood was replaced and matching house paint was used where needed. The roof crew also replaced the roofs on two sheds. This process started out with dealing with insurance and damaged roof to my home. It took about six weeks to get an adjuster out to my property and when I finally received everything they told me to get three estimates. Which took me another three weeks to complete that because not everybody was available right away and unfortunately I called Roof Werks last.
