Shane (Project Manager) was very thorough from the start. He answered questions promptly, provided and explained pricing/quote, sent specific details to prepare our home for the roof and gutters, and was on-site to manage the job. We requested three quotes and Shane Donavant with Roofwerks was the most responsive and professional. He provided us with a very fair quote that included replacing our roof and six sky lights. Our roof was 24 years old and our sky lights hadn't leaked during that time. One of my concerns was having a leak from new sky lights.
