They were quick to come out to look at my issue. But it took them a MONTH and a few calls on my part to even send a quote. I get that they are busy, but this hasn't given me any confidence with the radio silence. Personally I would call someone else, especially if they delay sending you a quote.That said, everyone I dealt with was friendly, so maybe your experience will be better than mine.
