We’ve used R&R for several projects over the past couple of years, including a roof repair, full roof replacement, window replacement, and ongoing roof maintenance. They’ve been awesome to work with every time. Their pricing is competitive, the quality of their work is great, and they’re easy to coordinate with. I especially appreciate that they never put any sales pressure on you to use their services. They’ve also been incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions. On one occas... Read more

Over the years I’ve had R&R replace my roof, siding and windows. Their work is professionally done and they stand behind the product they use. They are even good for smaller jobs. In the past, they helped me install a 6” roof vent for a bathroom exhaust fan. Most recently they installed a section of larger 6” gutter over my garage to try to address an overflow issue. The work was done well and completed in rather short timing. The garage gutter job was less than $1000. The two things that ke... Read more

Kevin, thank you for trusting R&R with your roof, siding, windows, and most recently the garage gutter. We appreciate your recommendation and your kind words about the work. You’re right that you shouldn’t have to follow up repeatedly to get a response. I’m sorry we made that necessary. I also understand your frustration with the ACH processing fee. We’ll review how we communicate payment options and fees so they’re clear before a customer pays. We are also happy to pick up check payments if you want to avoid the fees our processor charges. At the same time we appreciate your prompt payment. Thank you for the honest feedback and for continuing to choose us. We’d be glad to help whenever you need us.

Thank you very much for this review, it really means a lot. I must say Dan Smith and his wife are super friendly and fed me pizza (a serious slice). They offered water several times and working on this home comes with a beautiful view of the water.
