Very happy with this company. Tom and his crew were very responsive, and did a fantastic job installing our new roof. They provided a very detailed review of what the installation entailed. Photos and drone video provided to show the completed roof. As a local company in Mystic we highly recommend getting your next roof installed by RSR.
First of all, RSR beat the big boys by thousands of dollars with their estimate, while offering first-rate materials, and a 50-year warranty. Thank you so much, Mark! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you had a great experience with our team. Most importantly, we’re happy to hear your new roof looks great and took care of that kitchen leak. Thank you for trusting RSR Residential!

They also took great care the whole time not to cause any damage while they were there.
Thank you, William! We truly appreciate the 5-star review and your trust in RSR Residential. We pride ourselves on leaving everything clean when the job is complete. We’re glad your new roof installation went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you for choosing RSR Residential!

RSR was recommended by a worker who had done excellent work on my house, and every interaction with RSR lived up to the highest expectations. They scheduled a drone inspection quickly, and were in agreement with 2 other roof inspections that a full replacement was needed. They quickly provided a written contract with full details of the work, including the s... Read more
