I thought maybe our roof could use some updating, I called a few companies and decided to go with RSR for the professional way they handled my issues. Tom was knowledgeable and handled my concerns quickly.
The Roof came out good sub contractor John and his crew work hard . Tom is more interested in getting paid and bs sales than the actually completion and making sure owner is happy with the job in full and that the owners are satisfied. They left alot of the work and siding missing from my home making some areas look alot worst then when the work began . Not satisfied but the remaining work will get done but another company.
I recently had my roof replaced by RSR Residential at my home in Westerly RI and I couldn't be more satisfied. The team was organized efficient and respectful of my property. They paid attention to every detail and left the site spotless. Shoutout to Don the onsite manager who kept me updated throughout the process. He texted photos checked in regularly and quickly addressed any questions I had with clear solutions.
