We were very pleased with the timely manner of getting a quote and of the quote itself. Extremely pleased with the crew that came and did the job they were courteous and did a great job all the way through. Service after the job is the reason for the 4 stars. We had two things to be taken care of and after repeated communications were able to receive one but still not the other.

Everything was exceptional from meeting Tom and team at the Home Show, scheduling and choosing the color for the roof. Team worked HARD for about 9 1/2 hours. Only had one hiccup which was resolved by Don, the site manager. Would HIGHLY recommend RSR residential. We are actually having RSR back to do our barn roof.
