We do every type of roofing both steep (shingle, slate, metal, cedar shake) and low slope (single ply and built-up). Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged."     10/10 Experience. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. They were extremely easy to work with and provided great advice when needed. The crews were very professional and were there to provide my family safety when coming and going from the house during the install. The clean up …I still can’t get over how thorough of a job they did, it might be cleaner than before they started! Again 10/10.

    I would not recommend Ruff Roofers. Their sales team was great and their workers are highly skilled but their customer service is terrible. My estimate was 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit. This was a challenge as the person who processes CC transactions is only in the office on select days. A few tries and I was able to catch her and make the payment. After making the deposit I was told they would reach out to schedule. A week and nothing. 2 more weeks of calling and leaving VM and finally... Read more
