Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged." I would not recommend Ruff Roofers. Their sales team was great and their workers are highly skilled but their customer service is terrible. My estimate was 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit. This was a challenge as the person who processes CC transactions is only in the office on select days. A few tries and I was able to catch her and make the payment.
