We do every type of roofing both steep (shingle, slate, metal, cedar shake) and low slope (single ply and built-up). My roof was leaking during heavy rain and needed a repair. They were able to come out for a site visit 2 days later. The estimator, Nick, was very friendly and stated he would have a quote in 2-3 days. 11 days, and 3 follow up phone calls to the office later, still nothing. I figure they lost interest since it is a small project but I would have liked to know one way or another that they would not quote the project.

Nick contacted me literally 10 minutes after I put in an online inquiry about my roof job, and followed through 2 days later with a visit to my home to begin an estimate. Then things went downhill.
