Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged."         My roof was leaking during heavy rain and needed a repair. They were able to come out for a site visit 2 days later. The estimator, Nick, was very friendly and stated he would have a quote in 2-3 days. 11 days, and 3 follow up phone calls to the office later, still nothing. I figure they lost interest since it is a small project but I would have liked to know one way or another that they would not quote the project.

        Ruff Roofers started off so promising. Nick contacted me literally 10 minutes after I put in an online inquiry about my roof job, and followed through 2 days later with a visit to my home to begin an estimate. Then things went downhill. I waited several days to get the estimate, and only got it after I called the office and they put me through to Nick directly.         Ruff roofers is one of the best roofing companies in Baltimore they are extremely knowledgeable an easy to work with estimates are always free and they do everything from residential to large commercial as a general contractor we have recommended them many many times

        I am still waiting for Nick to call me to give me a quote. Left message with the lady who answered the phone said Nick was on a job and he would return call. That was over a week ago
