Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged."       This company was working on my neighbours house. After asking them many times to clean up the worksite I had no choice but to call the Bylaw department. After they were informed to clean up the job site they tried to get back at me by calling the Bylaw dept. about my dog barking. The Bylaw dept. found nothing about my dog barking. Just accept that your workers don't care about the neighbours and clean up after yourselves.

      The roof was leaking round the chimney. They change not long ago installed copper flashing with colored aluminum flashing and some shingles and said there will be no more leaks. It took them 2-3 hours to finish the job and they charge $900. The roof started to leak after 2-3 weeks. Now the ceiling and walls Inside the house needs to be change. I called Mr. Sean, he promised to come and fix the problem. He did not come and not answering my calls. It was a mistake trusting this company to do a job... Read more

      Excellent and professional service! Mike from the sales side and Scott and Jorge as the project managers made the process of a new roof - dare I say enjoyable! Scott communicated throughout the project and Jorge came back to instruct on the solar skylights. After shopping around for estimates I came back to Ruff Roofers because of the competitive pricing and customer service. My roof is a challenge with additions and slope changes and trusted the best for a roof to last my lifetime.

      Amazing company! They replaced our roof about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, we experienced a house fire this year. We called Mike Brewer from Ruff and he was at our house the next day (on the weekend) to evaluate the damage. Needless to say that is exceptional customer service. We would never use anyone else!

      Great Company to work with. Got my roof replaced. No hastle. Came and got the job done properly. No up selling. Fair quote..it was inline with my expectation for a roof replacement. The gave me options. I chose which options. Signed the contract. They completed the work. Thank you!
