Ruff Roofers, established in 1939, has achieved a solid reputation as a skilled and experienced Maryland residential and commercial roofing contractor. We do every type of roofing both steep (shingle, slate, metal, cedar shake) and low slope (single ply and built-up). Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged." They were able to come out within just a day or two after we called requesting assistance. It was for a religious facility and they treated the building with dignity. From the estimator to the crew, they were professional and and responsive. Even when we had to request they come back for a different area that wasn't identified the first time, they responded quickly and sent out a crew. Great work!

We used Ruff Roofers for a new roof (special order decorative shingle), copper gutters, and a copper roof over a bay window of our historic Victorian home. They were easy to work with from start to finish and the final result looks amazing. We are very satisfied!
